The City’s General Plan and Housing Element anticipate new homes at this location.
  • Completion of the Promenade Multifamily Community: Promenade has become one of Irvine’s most sought after residential communities due to its resort-like amenities and proximity to jobs and shops. Promenade’s final phase is now under construction consistent with an Irvine Company and City of Irvine master plan agreement to create homes near jobs.
